Patrick Browning

Patrick R. Browning, age 54 of Dayton, passed away September 22, 2014. He was born September 27, 1959 in Dayton to the late Hezzie L. and Clementine Browning, Sr. In addition to his parents, Pat was preceded in death by his daughter, Shawntae S. Browning; brother, Hezzie L.Browning, Jr.; aunt, Lucy Browning; and cousin, Gary Battle.

Pat is survived by his daughters: Tamika Bernard, & Patrice and Jazmine Browning; grandchildren: Zavier Ward and Layla Browning; sister, Mari "Melia" (Marvin) Bailey; brothers: Gregory Browning and Eldridge Browing; aunt, Dorothy Battle; niece, Malika Daugherty; nephew, Taylor Bailey; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Pat was a 1978 graduate of Dunbar High School and was a member of St. Benedict Church.

A funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm on Monday, September 29, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 12:30-1:30 pm. Burial to follow at West Memory Gardens.
