Patricia Swart

Patricia J. Swart, age 75 of Huber Heights, passed away peacefully at home on December 23, 2011. She was born August 13, 1936 in Dayton to the late Lawrence and Gwendolyn Kelchner.

Pat is survived by her husband of 58 years, Wavel; children: Dan (Dee) Swart, Doug (Shelby) Swart and Debbie (Rex) Radaker; 4 grandchildren: Brittany, Matthew, Jacquie and Jared; 2 step-grandchildren: Matt and Molly; sisters: Jan Wiltshire and Linda Milam; many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Pat retired from the Kroger Company, Spinning Road Store, after 29 years of service. She attended Huber Heights Church of God. Pat was a loving and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 and from 10-11 am on Wednesday at the Huber Heights Church of God, 6900 Brandt Pike, where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday. Pastor Roger Hamilton officiating. Burial to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Pat's memory to the National Kidney Foundation of Ohio, 1373 Grandview Avenue, Suite 200, Columbus, Ohio 43212-2804.
