Patricia McNelly Stevens

Patricia McNelly Stevens, age 65 of Washington Twp., passed away Saturday, December 28, 2024. She was born July 20, 1959 in Sumter, South Carolina the daughter of the late Edward and Kathleen McNelly. She graduated from TC Roberson High School and earned her Teaching Degree from Western Governors University. Patricia was passionate about education and loved working with children. She worked hard in the North Carolina Public School System for over 25 years and eventually earned her teaching degree in 2013. She loved teaching and she took great care in how she decorated her classroom for the children. She was a member of Biltmore Baptist Church before moving to Ohio. Being a mother and grandmother was Patricia's greatest joy and she cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren and her family. She had a creative side and enjoyed crafting, diamond painting, and making wreaths. 

Patricia is survived by her Husband of 45 years, Larry Stevens; Son, Daniel (Melanie) Stevens; Daughter, Allison (Jon) Adams; Brothers, William “Bill” McNelly and Edward "Eddie" McNelly; Grandchildren, Annabeth, Nathaniel, Copeland, Cason, Bella, Calder, and Cole; and many friends and chosen family.

Memorial Donations may be made to ALS United Ohio, or the ALS Association.

A memorial gathering will take place Saturday, January 11, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Austin Trace - 250 W Social Row Road, Centerville, OH 45458.
