Patricia Ruth Nagel
April 27, 1933 — December 8, 2012
Nagel, Patricia Ruth, age 79, of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2012. Patricia was a loving and devoted wife and mother who dedicated much of her life volunteering for the Oakwood School Library, Oakwood YMCA, Hospice of Dayton and 10 Wilmington Place.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 55 years: Raymond; her children and spouses: Laurel "Laurie" (Archie "Butch") Wells, Angela Cowger, R. Bruce (Leslie) Nagel and Mark (Rhonda) Nagel; grandchildren: Andrew, Benjamin, Jeffrey, Madeline and Kirsten; and numerous other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Courtland & Gwen (Larkin) Young; and son-in-law: Andrew Cowger.
Memorial services will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at South Park United Methodist Church, 140 Stonemill Road, Dayton, Ohio 45409 with Pastor Thomas Miller officiating. A reception will immediately follow the service for family and friends.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the nurses and staff of Hospice of Dayton and Wood Glen Care Center for all of their love and care. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to SICSA, 2600 Wilmington Pike, Kettering, Ohio 45419 in memory of Patricia.
