Patricia Anne Locke, 80 of Englewood, OH, formerly of Walton, KY, passed away on March 6, 2022, at Grandview Medical Center, in Dayton OH. She was born on November 19, 1941, in Burlington, KY, the daughter of the late Jeff Edward Eddins and the late Frances Dean Eddins nee' Presser.
She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Jeff and Frances, along with her brother, Jeff Edward Eddins, and brother, David Eddins.
Patricia is survived by her husband, John R. Locke; her 4 daughters, Cherie A. Vlaisavich, Kimberly S. Locke, Donna G. Dunajski, and Kellie R. Locke; 21 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; her brother, William Eddins; and her sister, Mary Kay Gains. Patricia is also survived by many members of the Dixon family (by marriage) and numerous friends.
Patricia was a devoted Christian, skilled artist, and musician. A graduate from Walton-Verona High School, she continued her education by pursing many academic and artistic studies. Patricia enjoyed playing various musical instruments, traditional crafts, art, ancient civilizations, Bible history and archeology, with a sprinkling of ancient aliens for fun. She loved the books of Corrie Ten Boom and passed that love on to many of us. She was a compassionate, sensitive person who could also be mischievous and occasionally play pranks on her friends and family. The most important thing to Patricia was her family. She threw annual family movie night events, made the holidays incredibly beautiful, took her family camping, and volunteered in their schools. Patricia is deeply loved by her family and is already deeply missed by all those who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tunnels to Towers Foundation, or the Wounded Warrior Project, in Patricia Locke's memory.
