Patricia King

Patricia Eileen King "Patty", age 71 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born August 4, 1949 in Marion, Indiana to the late Fred and Martha Keffer.

Patty was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She adored her family and cherished the time she spent with them. She and Ronnie spent time traveling between Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana to visit their extended relatives. She retired from Miami Valley Hospital after 23 years. Patty liked to play bingo and card games, go to garage sales and shopping; but above all else, time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Patty was preceded in death by her sisters, Charlene Johnson and Linda J. Pitcock; brother, Phillip Dale Keffer.

Patricia will be missed by her loving husband of 49 years, Ronnie; children, Thomas Roy York, Rodney (Elizabeth) King, Traci (Brian) Dailey; grandchildren, Carley and Allison York; Cody and Taylor King; and Ryan and AJ Dailey; great grandson, Hunter Wayne King; sister, Cathy (Jim) Melco; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 19, 2020 from 7-9 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, where the funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Burial Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. The state of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face masks be worn in all public buildings.
