Patricia Herzog

HERZOG, Patricia L. age 79, of Beavercreek, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2009 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Donald L. Herzog; parents, Glenn and Laura King; brothers, Jerry and Bill King; and sister, Betty Kinsey. She is survived by her son, Jeff (Pam) Herzog; daughter, Amy (Todd) Pierce; grandchildren, Bethany (Aaron) Vaughn, David Pierce, Christy Anne Pierce; brother, Glenn (Velma) King Jr., sister, Mary Ann Heltsley; sister, Carol Thrasher; brother, Steve King; and brother, John King. She attended Patterson Co-Op High School, and worked as the church secretary for the Beavercreek Church of the Nazarene where she was a member for over 50 years. After retirement she volunteered at the Beavercreek Senior Center. Visitation will be 5-7 pm Thursday, May 14, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Services will be 10 am Friday, May 15, 2009 at the funeral home with Rev. Keven Wentworth officiating. Interment will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
