Patricia A. Gibson

Patricia A. Gibson, age 50, of Dayton, passed away on October 31, 2022. She was born on September 11, 1972 to Don and Ginger Gibson.

She was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler's fan. She loved animals, especially all of the cats in her neighborhood, and she was a very giving person. She loved the holidays, especially Christmas, because she loved spending time with her family. She always kept her tree up after the season ended. She was a wonderful cook and made the best greens for the holidays. She was feisty and always ready for a fight, but most of all, she loved her family.

Patricia was preceded in death by her grandpa Alton and her grandma Callie.

Her memory will be cherished by her parents, Don and Ginger Gibson; her children: Natea (Aaron) Stephens, Michael (Martha) Selmon, Porsha Selmon, and Callie Reno; her siblings: Michelle (Joe) Garwood, Jeff (Jennifer) Gibson, Jennifer (Kodi) Hawley, Karie (Kevin) Chaffins, Alexis Lockhart, and Olivia Lockhart; grandchildren: Michael Selmon III, Xavier Stephens, Nylah Stephens, and Matthew Selmon; special friends, Will, Bobbie, and Nate; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A visitation will be held from 12:30pm to 1:30pm at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, in Dayton, Ohio, where the funeral service will begin at 1:30pm. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
