Patricia L. "Patty" Collins age 64, of Dayton, Ohio passed away October 27, 2018 at Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
Patty was born July 28, 1954, in Dayton, to the late Wayne & Elizabeth Turpin.
Patty enjoyed reading her Bible, was strong in her faith and was an avid movie watcher.
She was preceded in death by her siblings, David Goforth, Diane Goforth and Delmas Turpin.
Patty is survived by her children, Samantha L. (Matt) Gallagher, Christopher "Chris" L. (Jackie) Fultz, Brian S. (Heather) Fultz; grandchildren, Jenifer Slone, Jayme Fultz, Kyle Gallagher, Colten Fultz and Abby Fultz; siblings, Gary (Joyce) Goforth, Jack (Elly) Turpin and Delbert (Edith) Turpin; and many other relatives and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff at Ohio's Hospice of Dayton for their loving care.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 1, 2018 from 10-11am at Newcomer South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439. The service will begin at 11am. Patty will be laid to rest at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton.
