Patricia A. McKinney, age 78, of Kettering, passed away Friday, September 2, 2011.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene McKinney; and son, Roland Sheward.
Patricia is survived by her granddaughter, Heather Elwer; great-grandson, Collin Elwer; sister, Evelyn Graham; loving sister Becky (Gerald) Bohannon; sister-in-law, Virginia Mills; and many other relatives and friends.
Patricia retired from the Kettering School System.
The family will receive friends Thursday, September 8, 2011 from 6-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439).
The service will be held Friday, September 9, 2011 at 11am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Royal Oaks Memorial Gardens.
