Pamela Lynn Stroschen

Pamela Lynn Stroschen, age 57 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Grandview Hospital. She was born December 27, 1963 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of the William and Darlene Goodin.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Quinton and Lucille Goodin; her mother, Darlene Goodin; her sister, Annette Davidson; and her niece, Shelby Davidson.
Pamela is survived by her two daughters, Heather Bahnsen (Steve Duritsch) and Tracy Royal; her two grandchildren, Maxwell Bahnsen and Seth Duritsch; her father, William Goodin, Sr. (Carolyn); her siblings, William Goodin, Jr. (Amber) and Melissa Gurshke (Paul). She is survived by numerous family and friends.
Pamela was known for living life on her own terms. While this did not always do her service, she still was able to maintain her kind and generous nature. Whether it was caring for stray animals, sharing her movies and snacks with her fellow residents in the nursing home, to the final donations of her tissues to further scientific knowledge, Pamela lived a life that touched the lives of others. She worked for years at Quantum Chemical Corp. as a data entry clerk. Later on in life, she enjoyed her many puzzles, movies, and crafts. Above all, Pamela enjoyed spending time with family and friends, taking the joy she could find day by day. "Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will bring me up. You increase my honour and comfort me once again." Psalm 71:20-21.
Funeral services are pending at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Artemis Center, an organization dedicated to helping victims of domestic violence. Donations can be made directly or online through their Amazon wishlist. "Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted." Matthew 5:4.
