Pamela Joyce (Pierson) Slack

Pamela Joyce (Pierson) Slack, age 55, of Dayton, passed away September 15, 2020. She was born in Dayton, Ohio, on March 18, 1965, the daughter of Curtis and Malinda (Miller) Pierson.

She was preceded in death by her father, Curtis Pierson; and her brothers, James Pierson and Steven Pierson.

Pamela is survived by her children, Brandon Theilmann and Rebacca Pierson; mother, Malinda Pierson; sister, Tina Howett; aunt, Gladie Poston; and many other loving family and friends.

She retired in 2007 from the United States Air Force, where she served her country proudly for over 20 years. She was a lifetime member of the AMVETS. In her free time, she loved going to concerts, hiking, playing computer games and traveling.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2020, from 3pm-4pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, where services will begin at 4pm.

Donations may be made in her memory to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, Attn: Office of Development, 2900 N. Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607.
