Pamela Snook passed away Saturday, November 26 at the age of 70. She was born in Brown County, Ohio, the eldest of 13 brothers and sisters. She was beloved mother to two boys, Eric and Tony Morgan, and beloved grandmother to two boys as well, Thomas Mowery and Jeffrey Morgan. She is survived by seven sisters, Cheryl Riley, Paula Abercrombie, Cindy Glacken, Charmaine Keller, Lisa Johnson, Crystal Hayslip and Katrina Dison and four brothers, Jeffrey Hayslip, Kevin Hayslip, Michael Hayslip and Jason Hayslip. She was preceded in death by her sister Brenda Hayslip earlier this year, and her parents, Roy "Pete" and Thelma "Blondie" Hayslip.
Pam enjoyed fishing, was an avid bowler, and loved live shows and musicals. Her greatest joy in life, though, was her family, and celebrating with them whenever the opportunity arose. The holidays were a particularly special time to her, and she relished showing off her skills in the kitchen by baking a smorgasbord of cookies, pies and breads that were often too pretty to eat, but we ate them anyway and were grateful for them. Pamela also enjoyed playing cards and dominoes, but we suspect that was mostly because it gave her the perfect excuse to spend time with her favorite people.
Family will receive guests from 2-3 PM on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439) where a funeral service will begin at 3 PM.
