Pamela S. Cochran, age 73 of Kettering, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born on November 6, 1947 in Columbus, Indiana to the late Glen and Mary Sublette.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 26 years, Gary Cochran; three children, Sean Robbins, Chris (Holly) Robbins, and Mikael (Jenny) Robbins; three bonus-children, Todd (Ginny) Cochran, Jennie (Michael) Walters, and Julie (Ben) Price; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her beloved English Lab, Kasey and numerous family and friends.
Pamela was a member of the Kettering, Moraine, and Oakwood Chamber of Commerce Board and participated in many community service programs. She actively served on the Kettering Volunteer Council from 1993-2020 and was the Kettering Noon Optimist President from 2002-2003. Pam was awarded Optimist of the Year for 2003-2004 and was currently serving on the Board of Directors. She was also a 2004 founding member of the Kettering Leadership Academy and an active board member. Pam was a founding member of the Kettering Backpack Program that currently serves over 700 hungry children in our community. She also served on the board of directors from 2006-2018. She served on the Holiday at Home committee from 2010-2017 and was the Grand Marshal in 2009. Pam enjoyed genealogy, crafts, camping, cooking, and most of all her family, decorating for Christmas, and serving her community. She is well loved and will be dearly missed by all those who knew her.

Funeral Service will be held privately. For your safety and the protection of others during the COVID-19 pandemic her family will plan a memorial service at a later date for all of her family and friends to attend.
