P. Gregory Adams

P. Gregory Adams, age 60, of Fairborn, passed away Monday, March 13, 2017. He was born March 20, 1956 in Whitesburg, Kentucky the son of Pearl Adams and Saundra Wampler.

Greg was a Captain in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed the outdoors, camping and gardening. He was member of Victory Temple Church where he served on the church counsel, Men of Victory, Royal Rangers and The Clifty Wilderness Boys. Greg was an animal lover and a proud cancer survivor.

He was preceded in death by his father, Pearl Adams, sister-in-law, Lisa Adams and step-mother, Louise Adams.

Greg is survived by his mother, Saundra Wampler; sisters, Robin Adams, Pamela (Alvin) Kerlin, Melissa Adams and Michelle Adams; brothers, Michael Adams and Terry Adams; he was a father figure to his niece, Kaitie Reynolds; nieces, Alicia Adams, Amelia Adams and Melinda Adams; nephew, Robert Adams; step-sisters, Carol Davidson and Lisa Goodin. He is also survived by numerous relatives, church family and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 17, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Victory Temple, 2443 Valle Greene Dr., Fairborn, Ohio 45324. Funeral Service will be Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 10:00 am at the church. Burial will follow at Byron Cemetery.
