Oscar E. Davis, age 68 of West Carrollton, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at The Laurels of West Carrollton. He was born February 3, 1948 in Piketon, Ohio, the son of the late Joseph and Velma Davis.
Oscar is survived by his siblings, Joseph (Kathy) Davis, John F. (Shauna) Davis, Martha (Gregory) Garvey; nephews, Phillip Pitts, John (Tina) Killin, Mark (Molly) Welsh, Adam Davis, Matthew Davis; nieces, Karen (Douglas) Winkle, Taylor (Brandon) Raffel; as well as numerous great nieces and nephews.
Oscar was actively involved in scouting and was a member of the Order of the Arrow. He industriously pursued many interests. He truly enjoyed helping others and will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
