Opalea Vance

Opalea Vance, 69, of Miamisburg, passed away on December 17, 2017. She was born on August 27, 1948 to Edgar and Inus (Ward) Philpot in Corbin, KY. Opalea is survived by her mother, Inus Osman; loving son, Christopher A. (Jennifer A.) Vance; grandson, Derek J. Vance; siblings, Sharon Utterback of Miami, FL, Georgia Franklin of Little Rock, AR, and Erin O'Brien of Centerville, OH, as well as nieces, Michelle, Alex, and Sarah. She was preceded in death by her father, Edgar Philpot and grandson, Cory J. Vance. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the charity of your choice in her memory.
