Opal Muncie

Muncie, Opal D., 74 of Riverside, passed away Sunday, April, 23 2006 at Grandview Hospital. She was born August 31, 1931 in Irvine Kentucky to the late Virgil & Eve Adams Alcorn. She was preceded in death by her husband Wilbur, sister Mildred Jones, brothers Ernest and Elmer Alcorn. She is survived by her son Kent (Cynthia) Muncie, grandchildren Melissa and Kayla Muncie, sister Marjorie (Charles) Glahn, nieces Ann (Tom) Scranton, Belinda Creekmore, Norma Marcum, Kimberly Jones, nephews Mike Alcorn, Cecil E, Jones, many other family members, special friends and neighbors. Opal was member of the East Dayton Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be 10:00 A.M. Friday April 28, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424 with burial to follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens, Xenia, Ohio. Visitation will be 5-8:00 P.M. Thursday, April 27, 2006 also held at the funeral home.
