Age 73, of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2008, at Harborside of Dayton. Onnie was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. She is survived by all the ones who love her, Carolyn Snodgrass, Marilyn Marritt-Duarte, Penny Pearson, Charlene Johnson, Belinda Mason, Olivia Lanier, William Chapman, Ann Kyle, Sergio Duarte, Jinnie Back, Maria Matzik & Alan Cochran and by many close friends including, Jean Vogan, Karen Clark, Marjorie Edwards, Donna Combs and Laura Rice. Onnie attended Chums (a senior citizens group) for 10 years. She will be sadly missed. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 19, at Bethsaida M. B. Church, 246 Chain Ave, Dayton, Ohio 45427. Pastor Jesse J. Watson will officiate. Onnie requested that her body be donated to WSU Medical School. The family would like to thank the staff at Harborside Nursing Home, Eastway mental Health, Inc. and Family Care Providers Associates for the loving care they provided to Onnie.
