Oneda Nichols

Oneda M. Nichols, age 90 of Riverside, passed away July 8, 2020. She was born May 8, 1930 in Hazel Green, KY to the late Tom and Goldie Hall. In addition to her parents, Oneda was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Nichols; daughter-in-law, Mary Nichols; 4 sisters; and 4 brothers.

Oneda is survived by her sons: Lee Nichols and Rick Nichols; 3 grandchildren: Lindsay Nichols, Jennifer Mumaw and Joshua Nichols; 2 great-granddaughters: Ava Mumaw and Brooklyn Mumaw; sisters: Jessie Buschor and Sue Chaney; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Oneda loved spending time in her yard, working in her flowers, sitting on her front porch, and cooking, but more than anything, she loved her family.

Visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 am on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 10:30 am. Burial to follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
