Watkins, Oma (Rice), age 77, of Moraine, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2008 at Hospice of Dayton.

Oma is survived by her loving husband of 57 years: Sam Watkins; son and daughter-in-law: Marvin (Brenda) Watkins; daughter and son-in-law: Bertha (Lonnie) Napier; grandchildren: Cheryl (John Sherriff) Napier, Cathy (Todd) Panstingel, Dale (Kim) Napier, James Watkins, Kaylena (Andy) Linden; great grandchildren: Justin, Chelsea, Rachel, Brooke, Sara, Blake, Drew, Sydney; brothers: Earl, Earnel, Lawrence, Monroe Rice; sisters: Marie Lynch, Cleo Mollica, Bertha Napier, Louise Napier; and numerous other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Sim & Ora (Sizemore) Rice and brothers: Ira & Homer Rice.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, August 22, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering with Reverend Gene Hamon officiating. Interment will follow the service at Evergreen Cemetery in West Carrollton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M.
