Ollie Jane Hearn age 88, of Sugarcreek Township, Ohio, passed away on her birthday January 24, 2019 at her daughter's home.
Ollie was born January 24, 1931 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to the late Ross Oliver and Hazel Johnston.
Ollie was a devoted mother who especially enjoyed spending time with the "loves of her life" her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was an avid shopper who loved to spoil her grandchildren.
She worked at RL Drake Manufacturing and St. Elizabeth Hospital where she retired after many years of dedicated service. After retirement, Ollie worked as a part-time employee as a laundry attendant where she made many friends.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Michael D., a baby girl and 9 brothers.
Ollie is survived by loving daughter and son-in-law, , Connie Jo and Robert CocKayne; grandchildren, Travis (Karen) Hearn, Tammy (Brad) Blackmore and Carson CocKayne; great-grandchildren, Dylan, Reece, Kenny, Savannah, Olivia and Eve and special niece, Debbie McNeil; along with other extended family and special friends.
Private family service will take place at a later date at Woodside Cemetery in Middletown, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
