Olieah M. Parker

Olieah "Peggy" M. Parker, 84, of Trotwood, passed away November 11, 2016. Olieah was born in Hazard, Kentucky on July 15, 1932 to the late James and Sylvania Farler. In her free time, she enjoyed cooking and taking care of her family. Everyone knew her as "Granny".

In addition to her parents, Olieah was preceded in death by her late husband of 38 years, June Parker son, Henry Parker; siblings, Harlan, Sam, Brian, Susie; and grandson, Amra Parker.

She is survived by her fiance', Ted Rose; sons, Michael Parker, Barton Parker, Robert (Carol) Parker, Dave Hall; daughters, Dawn Mitchell, Kristine Rettig, Katherine Gilliam, Jennifer (Jeff) Johnson, Linda Neace; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and special friends.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, where funeral services will begin at 2:30 pm.
