Octavia "Olivia" Phillips, age 85 of Dayton, reunited with her husband, James Phillips on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at her home. She was born March 24, 1929 in Richmond, VA to the late, Jim and Carrie Holmes. Olivia was preceded in death by her daughter, Carolyn Heard; 2 brothers, Ernest Holmes and Matthew Holmes.
She is survived by a host of family and friends that will dearly miss her.
