Norman Hoskins, 84, of Middletown, died very peacefully, Monday, June 24th, 2013.
He was born to the late Leonard and Etta Hoskins, November 9, 1928, in Middletown, Ohio.
Norman graduated from Middletown High School in 1947.
He joined the Air Force in 1948 during the Korean Conflict. Norman was stationed in San Antonio, Texas and Clovis, New Mexico and served as a weatherman. His love for watching and predicting the weather continued for the remainder of his life.
He lived his entire life in Middletown, starting his career in the paper industry with Gardner and ending at Multi-Pak.
Norman is survived by four daughters, Melinda Puente of McAllen, TX; Melanie Culveyhouse of Springfield, OH, Dee (Darrell) Sturgill of Springfield, OH and Amy (Paul) Seitz of Lavon, TX, and ten grandchildren, Anna Bonarrigo, Abigail (Joey) Wetzel, Alex (Britni) Sturgill, Andrew Sturgill, Max Puente, Michael Nouri, Parvaneh Nouri, Sarah Nouri, Allison Seitz and Austin Seitz; and 4 great-grandchildren Ashlee, Joey, Xavier and Max.
He was proceeded in death by his daughter Teresa "Tina" Nouri in 2005.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
