Age 70, born in Dayton, Ohio December 21, 1936, passed away Friday, March 30, 2007, at Miami Valley Hospital after a sudden illness.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond & Lucille Sears and brother, Donald.
He is survived by his wife of the past 47 years, Norma, who was the love of his life; daughter and son-in-law, Cathy & Dennis Marquis; son, Jim Sears; sister, Carole Roddy; and by many nieces, nephews and extended family. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
