Norman "Junior" Brassfield

Norman "Junior" Nevin Brassfield, age 70, of Dayton passed away on June 18, 2024. He was born in Dayton on July 16, 1953 to parents, Norman and Clara Brassfield. Norman is preceded in death by his mother, Clara.

He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Sue; sons, Bryan (Belynda) Brassfield, Matthew (Juliet Fromholt) Brassfield; granddaughter, Abygail Brassfield; father, Norman Brassfield and siblings, LaVerne Brassfield, Patricia Jones, Brenda (Charles) Alexander and Jonnie Brassfield; along with many other family and friends. 

Norman was a longtime employee of Dots Market. He enjoyed fishing with his friends and listening to music. Norman was also an avid San Francisco 49er's fan. He was known for his sense of humor and always making friends feel like family. Norman will be deeply missed and forever loved by those who knew him. 

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at Newcomer Kettering, 3940 Kettering Blvd.
