Norma Wendy Worrell

Norma W. Worrell, age 87 of Kettering, OH, passed away on Friday, November 13, 2020 at Kettering Medical Center. She was born March 25, 1933 in London, England to Harold and Grace (Sage) Cosby. She married Ashby Worrell on April 25, 1953 in Dayton, OH.

Norma was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Kettering for many years. She was an employee of the McCall Corporation in Dayton where she worked as a clerk. Norma loved music, especially classical. She was a good storyteller and enjoyed sharing them with family and friends. Norma loved her family and friends dearly and will be greatly missed by all.

Norma is survived by her husband of 67 years Ashby. She is preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Joyce Huse of Dayton.

A visitation will be held on Friday, November 20, 2020 from 12:30 to 1:30 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Funeral Services will follow the visitation at 1:30 pm at the funeral home. Burial for Norma will take place at Woodland Cemetery, Dayton, OH following the services.
