Norma Jean Tyree, age 92, of Jamestown, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 30, 2016.
She was born November 20, 1924 in Five Points, Ohio to the late Wrennie & Alexia Cosby.
Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Tyree; daughter, Janet Tyree (Cloyd) and brothers, Wrennie Cosby and Clark Cosby.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory: daughter, Sandra (Anderson) Richardson; son, Harry (Janet) Tyree III; grandchildren, Brandi (Keysha) Richardson, Ayanna Allen, Dana (Kenneth) Foster and Harry Tyree IV and 6 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the staff at Bethany Lutheran Village and the Hospice of Dayton for their loving care.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 from 1-3pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439).
