Norma Shepherd

Norma J. Shepherd, age 77, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away on August 13, 2023. She was born on January 18, 1946 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Norman "Bud" and Dora Wilhelm. In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her husband Ronnie Shepherd; daughter Ronda Neal; and three grandchildren.

Norma is survived by her children Roger "Scott" (Stephanie) Hall, Jeff (Dawn) Hall, Darrell (Jessica) Shepherd, and Brian (Jessica) Shepherd; 19 grandchildren, and 31 great grandchildren.

Norma was a member of the Healing Word Assembly of God Church in Franklin, where she liked to sing in the choir. She loved spending as much time as possible with her family. Norma had a great love for animals and always had pets.

Funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH, officiated by Pastor Don Shepherd. Visitation will begin one hour prior to service at the funeral home. Norma will be laid to rest at Dayton National Cemetery.
