Norma Louise Ribas

Norma L Ribas, age 90 of Kettering, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on January 5, 2016. She was born in Laura, OH to the late Charles and Ruth Moore. Norma was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and wife and will be greatly missed. She was a passionate and award winning gardener and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Antonio Ribas and brother, Myron Moore.

Norma leaves behind to cherish her memory, children, Victoria (Larry) Linder, Denis (Barbara) Ribas, and Debora (Dan) Marrero; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and many other loving relatives and friends. The family would like to express their gratitude to Oak Creek Terrace for their care and compassion during this difficult time.

A funeral will be held on Monday, January 11, 2016 at 2pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Kettering, where a visitation will take place immediately prior from 12:30pm-2pm. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Norma's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
