Norma I. Lawson, age 75 of Springboro, passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2023. She was born September 15, 1947 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Delman and Evelyn Foster.
Norma is survived by her children, Angie Collinsworth, Birdie Lawson, and Jimmy Lawson; grandchildren, Whitney, Sara, Cody, Destinie, Bobby Joe, and Jessica; great-grandchildren, Alaynah, Kenlee, Phoebe, Ryder, Aubree, Braxton, Haley, Rylie, Kylee, Keisha, Belle, Chloe, Miracle, Hunter, Peyton, Logan, Victoria, and Willow; siblings, Del, Susie, Fay, and Gloria; and special cousin, John. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Norma was employed by Wal Mart for many years and enjoyed lunches with her co-workers. She enjoyed shopping and loved to watch Elvis and Jeff Gordon. The most important thing to Norma was her family, she was very devoted to them all. She is well loved and will be deeply missed.
The family hopes those who would like to honor her will find a quiet time to remember who she was in your life and be thankful for the time you had together. In lieu of a public funeral service, individual families are encouraged to honor her by listening to Elvis and having a spaghetti dinner. She will be laid to rest alongside her family at Bearcreek/Hillgrove Cemetery.
