Age 71, a lifelong resident of Dayton, left this world Saturday, January 8, 2011.

She was a graduate of Dunbar High school, class of 1958, and retired from working at FTD, WPAFB. She was a member of Bethesda Temple Church.

Preceded in death by her parents, Adell and Lillie; two brothers, Adell Jr. and Edward Seals.

Survived by daughter Cherri Lawrence; granddaughter Rebecca; brother James (Lois) of Dayton; sisters Alverna Lawrence, Juanita Trammell, both of Dayton, Martha Byrd of Canton, Mary (Frank) Ross of Columbus; best friend Carolyn Thompson; sisters-in-law Sarah A. Lawrence and Sweetie Seals, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Homegoing services will be held Saturday, January15 at 11:00 a.m., Bethesda Temple Church, 3701 Salem Ave, where Pastor Craig High will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment Woodland Cemetery.

The family thanks Crestview Manor, especially Regina McIger, for the care given to their loved one.
