Norma Jeanette Brown
August 5, 1929 — August 13, 2018
Norma Jeanette Brown, age 89 of Dayton passed away Monday, August 13, 2018 at her residence. She was born August 5, 1929 in Tiffin, Ohio the daughter of Wendell and Ida Stein.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Keith S. Brown, son in law, Harold Allen, sister, Sharon Davis and sister- in- law, Jeanne Stein.
Norma enjoyed bird watching, gardening, and sewing. She enjoyed her church and helping anyone in need.
Norma is survived by her sons, Eric (Marcia) Brown, Keith (Laura) Brown; daughters, Erin Allen, Laura (Eric Purtle) Brown; brother, Richard Stein; 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and 1 on the way. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
The family would like to thank Ohio Hospice of Dayton staff Jessica and Trisha for all of their support and care of Norma in her home as well as Yvette Harrell of Kettering Home Care.
Funeral Service will be held at August 21, 2018 at 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Visitation will be August 21, 2018 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Interment Riverside Cemetery, West Milton. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Norma's name to Ohio Hospice of Dayton 324 Wilmington Pike. Please visit www.newcomerdayton.com to share a memory in the family guest book.
