Nora L. Sigler, age 87 of Dayton, passed away December 19, 2014. She was born August 5, 1927 in Dayton to the late George and Olivia Gau. In addition to her parents, Nora was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Sigler; brothers: Orville Gau and Jacob Gau; sisters: Dorethea Carpenter, Myrtle Sprague, Thelma Carpenter and Helen Tinka.
Nora is survived by her daughters: Gloria Hammond and Sandra Parlett; grandchildren: Tina DeHart, Terry Hammond, Jr. and Jeffrey Parlett; and great grandchildren: Miranda DeHart and Marissa DeHart.
At her request, there will be no services. Burial will take place with her husband at Dayton National Cemetery. Contributions may be made in Nora's memory to The Hospice of Dayton. Arrangements by Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd.
