Nina R. Dagg, age 94, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2015 at Wood Glen Alzheimer's Community. She was born December 17, 1920 in Ebon, Kentucky the daughter of the late James and Maggie (Osborn) Sexton.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her, husband, James Dagg; daughter, Neila Ryan; son, James M. Dagg; daughter-in-law, Mary Dagg; brother, Charles Sexton; brother, Willard Sexton; brother, Ronald Sexton; sister, Jessie Jones; brother-in-law, Chester Jones and sister-in-law, Imogene Sexton.
Nina is survived by daughter, Sandra Barker; sister, Ina Sexton; two brothers, Tom (Shirley) Sexton and Roy (Daisy) Sexton; son-in-law, Bill Ryan; six grandchildren, Bill J. (Ann) Ryan, Karen McBride, Pierrette Dagg, James Dagg, Kathy (Chris) Crane and Ronald Swanson; two sister-in-laws, Sandra J. Sexton, Maxine Sexton. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
She retired from D.E.S.C. after 35 years. She enjoyed family, gardening, cooking, crocheting and listening to music. Nina will be greatly missed by family and friends
Visitation will be held from 12:30 pm until the time of the funeral at 1:30 pm on Friday, May 15, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Burial will follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
