Nick Van Hammond, age 46, of Moraine, OH passed away on Friday February 15, 2013.
He is preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Edward Hammond Sr.; and brother, Lloyd Edward Hammond Jr.
He is survived by his loving mother, Mary "Polly" Hammond; children, Amanda Kaye Mays, LeeAnna Nicole Moore, Brandon Lee Moore, and Tristan Henry Otis Moore; 3 grandchildren, Preston, Keilin, and Skaylin; brother, Tony Van Hammond; sister, Tina Marie (Phillip) Hammond; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation is Tuesday February 19, 2013 from 9am to 11am with funeral service starting at 11am at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
Interment is in Evergreen Cemetery, West Carrollton, OH.
