Nettie Watkins

WATKINS, Nettie Delight, age 96, passed away peacefully and surrounded by love Tuesday, March 23, 2010. Preceded in death by her husband, Donald B. Watkins, sister, Mary Jane and brother, David. Survived by her children, Gail (Linden) Carter and Steve (Sebia) Watkins, grandchildren, Matthew, Colton, Jessica and Emily, 5 great- grandchildren, sister-in-law, Joan Watkins, nieces and nephews. Special heart felt thanks to the caregivers at home and at Friends Care Community. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Graveside service will be held Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 2:00 PM at David's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Ste. 1700, Chicago, IL 60601.
