Neoma Ruth Downing Rothwell (Coatney), age 90, of West Carrollton, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, March 3, 2012.
She was born June 14, 1921 in Franklin to the late Charles & Ruth Coatney.
Neoma was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Rothwell; daughter, Dorothy Swisher; and several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her children, Lawrence V. Rothwell, Jack O. Rothwell, Sam E. Rothwell, and Judy Dowds; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Charles Coatney, of Batavia, OH.; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 11am at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel. Friends and family are welcome to gather one hour prior.
