Nellie Ofiel Hall, age 87, of Xenia, passed away March 27, 2025. Nellie was born in Monticello, Kentucky on November 9, 1937 to the late Marvin and Mildred Hicks.
Nellie was preceded in death by her parents; brother, George "Bud" Hicks; infant sister; son-in-law, John Edison Hall; daughter-in-law, Sherri Hall; and her 3 grandchildren, John Lane, Daniel Ray Hall and Justin Hawk.
She is survived by husband of 66 years, Clarence Hall; children, Margaret Hawk, Jack (Kimberly) Hall, John (Ellie) Hall, Mildred Sue (Gilbert) Robinson, Patricia (Dave) Seitz, Linda Hall and Sydney (Jorge) Gaspar; 16 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Nellie was a Nursing Assistant for many years.
In her free time, she enjoyed playing bingo, pull tabs and scratch off lottery, fishing and spending time with her family.
Nellie devoted her life to her family. She was a great wife, mother and grandmother.
Visitation will be held from 10:00am-11:00am on Friday, April 4, 2025 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd,. Beavercreek), where funeral services will begin at 11:00am with John Watkins officiating.
Nellie will be laid to rest at Dayton Memorial Park following the service.
