Nellie Eggleston

EGGLESTON, Nellie Mae, 93, of Kettering passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2006 at Hospice of Dayton. She is preceded in death by her husband Ernie Eggleston and sons Jerry, Larry, and Tommy Eggleston. Nellie is survived by her daughters Jo Nell (David) Martin, Susanne Trent, and Janet (Joe) Burger ;son Woody (Cathy Morgan) Eggleston; Effie Eggleston; 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; many other family and friends. Nell taught her family the meaning of doing for others by volunteering for 15 years at Crestview Nursing Home and Goodwill Industries. She was an active charter member of Greenmont-Oak Park Community Church. Funeral services will be held 2:00PM Friday June 9, 2006 at Greenmont-Oak Park Community Church, 1921 Woodman Dr., Reverend Gregory King officiating. Family will receive friends from 12:30PM until time of services Friday June 9, 2006 at the church. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the church or your favorite charity.
