Neil Hampton

HAMPTON, Neil, 77, of Beavercreek passed away peacefully Friday, April 4, 2008. He is preceded in death by his parents George and Laura Hampton and sisters Opal Caudill and Rita Hutchinson. Neil is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Louise "Lou" Hampton; daughter Sheba (Rick) Severs; son Dirk Hampton; grandchildren Katie and Ben Hampton; sisters Mable (Chuck) Poston and Nellean (Darrold) Henderson; brother Dennis (Fran) Hampton; 9 special brothers-in-law, 2 special sisters-in-law their families and many other family and friends. He was a veteran in the both the U.S. Army and Air Force. Neil retired civil service from Wright Patterson AFB. Funeral services will be held1:00PM Wednesday April 9, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00PM Tuesday April 8, 2008 at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at Mt. Zion Park Cemetery. The family would like to give a special thanks to Walnut Creek Nursing Home for all their care and support.
