Neal Turpin, age 51 of Dayton, passed away January 9, 2013. He was born April 17, 1961 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Leonard and Polly Turpin.
Neal is survived by his daughter, Amber (Bryan) Brady; son, Chris Turpin; and many dear friends. He shared his life with the mother of his children, Traci Turpin; best friend, Leah Hobbs; Brenda Turpin; and companion, Christi Giga. He is also survived by: Mackenzie, Emma and Nick Holton and Michele Stall.
Neal was a professional freight driver for nearly 30 years, having worked with Emery Worldwide and UPS. He was the host and creator of the influential local show, Metalamania and was known for his contributions to area musicians, his love for metal music, and his extensive work in videography and production.
