WOLFE, Naomi, age 71, passed away Thursday, May 29, 2008 at Hospice of Dayton. Born July 26, 1936 in Miamisburg, OH, she was the daughter of Shirley and Candus Lipps. She was a member of the Northridge Wesleyan Church, Dayton, OH, where she sang in the church ensemble and played the organ. She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Charles; 2 sons, Thomas (Sandra) and Robert (Joanie); 3 brothers, Norman (Millie), Daniel (Betty), & Paul (Pat) Lipps; 2 sisters, Beatrice Bell, Marianna Bowlin; 3 beloved grandchildren, Hannah, Christian, and Zachary, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and their families. Naomi is preceded in death by her parents, Shirley and Candus Lipps; brothers, Dale, Mark & Jean Lipps, and sister, Pauline (Benton) McDaniel. Naomi had a very strong relationship with God and touched the lives of those who knew her. Family and friends will miss her dearly. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm on Monday, June 2, 2008 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Northridge Wesleyan Church Music Fund.
