Nancy Lee Swisher

Nancy Lee (nee: Crout) Swisher, age 72, of Franklin passed away March 20, 2023 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born November 15, 1950 in Middletown, OH to the late Lawrence and Geneva Crout.

Nancy was an LPN for 40+ years. She proudly worked at Hospice of Dayton for the majority of her career. Nancy loved music and singing. She was active in Village Singers of Franklin, New life Singers and Belmont United Methodist Church choir. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who loved and knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Geneva Crout.

Nancy is survived by her son, Kevin (Katherine) Swisher; her grandchildren, Evan, Emerson, and Elliott; her siblings, Neal (Cheryl) Crout of Gladstone, MI, Nelson (Brenda) Crout of Franklin, OH, Nathan Crout of Middletown, OH, Nadine Crout of Franklin, OH and John (Sarah) Lamb of Middletown, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 1st, 2023 from 1pm - 2pm with a memorial service immediately following, all at Newcomer Funeral Home - North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. Dayton, OH 45424.
