Nancy E. Stegeman

Nancy E. Stegeman, age 80 of Huber Heights, reunited with her husband, Cyril and son, Christopher Stegeman on November 16, 2018. She was born June 7, 1938 in Darke County, OH to the late James and Ellen Mae (Wills) Hutchens. In addition to her husband, son and parents, Nancy was preceded in death by 1 brother, James Hutchens; 2 sisters, Wanda Ryan and Shirley Lowe.

She is survived by her 2 children, Mark A. Stegeman and Pamela (Jerry) Miller; grandchildren, Brandon Bunch, Tyler (Illy) Bunch, Dylan Bunch, Stacey Miller and Jeremy Miller; great-grandchildren, Chase and Alexxander; several nieces, nephews, in-laws, extended family and friends.

Nancy worked for many years in nursing homes and the Champaign County Jail. She had a passion for gardening and loved to sew, especially making blankets for the nursing homes.

Family will receive friends from 5-6 PM on Friday, November 23, 2018 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. where a funeral service will begin at 6 PM. A private burial will be held at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens at a later date.
