Nancy Mcclay

Nancy A. McClay, age 80, of Dayton, a resident of Vandalia Park Nursing Home, passed away October 21, 2010. She was born April 9, 1930 in Millersburg, Ohio to the late Burt and Cecil Carnahan. In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Nancy is survived by the love of her life, her son, James McClay and his wife, Lori; numerous nieces, nephews, co-workers and friends.

After 38 years of service Nancy retired from Standard Register and after 10 years of service retired from Krogers. She was a lifelong volunteer at many charitable organizations.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Sunday, October 24, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, where the family will receive friends for two hours prior to the service, 2-4 pm.
