Nancy Lincoln Martin

MARTIN, Nancy Lincoln, age 73 of Wilmington, OH, formerly of Kettering, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2016. She was born in Dayton to the late George and Leora Schneider. Nancy married William Martin in 1959. She went on to work for Kettering Medical Center as an LPN and unit coordinator in the CTCU for 36 years. Nancy was a member of TOPS for 47 years. She was a caring and compassionate woman and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Nancy will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Martin; brother, Fred Schneider; sister, Diane Siney; and son-in-law, Donald Wamsley.

Nancy leaves behind to cherish her memory, children, William "Billy" (Lisa) Martin, Denise "Sis" Wamsley, and David Martin; grandchildren, James, Jesse, Andy, Sam, Joe, Lily, Jaime, and Charlie; sister, Janet Schneider; special friends, Luella McQuality and Sue Reed; and many other loving relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel at 7pm. Family will greet friends and loved ones for 2 hours prior (5pm-7pm).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nancy and Bill's memory to the Dayton VA Hospice.
