Nancy K. Ward

WARD, Nancy K., age 75, of Fairborn, passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2009. She was born October 7, 1933 in Savannah, Georgia, the daughter of Angus and Maggie Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas M. Ward, Sr.; both parents; four brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her children, Raymond Ward, Douglas Ward, Jr., Martin (Elaine) Ward, and Joseph (Charlene) Ward; grandchildren, Douglas III, Katie, Brandon, and Chase; brother-in-law, Gino Scarabelli. A mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday, May 14, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Mary, Help of Christians Parish with Pastor, Rev. Charles F. Lang celebrant. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to time of service at the church. Interment will follow at Fairfield Cemetery in Fairborn.
