Nancy M. Johnson

Nancy M. Johnson (nee Henderson), passed away on March 8, 2017. She was born on February 15, 1942. Nancy was preceded in death by her father and mother, Paul Sr. and Hazel Henderson; brother, Paul Henderson; daughter, Sheilah Johnson; son-in-law, Tony Silvio; twin grandsons, Marco and Mario, and son-in-law, Richard Gretic.

She is survived by her husband, Glen Johnson; son, Neal Childers (Joan) and their children, Brandon and Danielle (Mike) and their sons, Conner, Logan, and Reese; daughter, Courtney (Brett) and their sons, Luke and Leo; daughter, Cindy Johnson Grgetic; daughter, Sandra Johnson (Tony) and their sons, Michael (Sarah) and Andrew (Meagan) and their children, Emaline, August, and Millicent, as well as many friends and other family too numerous to mention.
Nancy graduated from Patterson Co-op, Class of 1960. She worked as a waitress for a while before moving to Ft. Lauderdale, FL where she became the bookkeeper for All State Electric Supply Co. After moving to Sarasota she became assistant manager for Kilwins Chocolate Co. of St. Armand's Square.

Nancy moved back to Dayton, OH in 1997 to live out the rest of her life.
A gathering of friends and family will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 1pm to 2pm with a memorial service following at 2pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3040 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH 45439.
